Graduation Books in 12 languages: Under the new education policy, now students will be able to graduate in regional language also. For this, books of graduation courses will be written in 12 regional languages. University Grants Commission i.e. UGC has invited applications for this from eligible writers of higher education.
Recruitment for graduation books
UGC is working on providing regional language graduation level books of Humanities, Science, Commerce and Social Science subjects in 12 Indian languages - Assamese, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu. doing. For this work, the department is looking for expert writers in regional languages. For this, UGC is identifying nodal universities in different states, where the work of creating a team of people to write good quality text books in Indian languages can be done.
Apply with subject and language selection
All these efforts are being made under the National Education Policy 2020 to teach Indian languages to university students. While applying, the interested candidate will have to provide the details along with the books on which subject and in which language he is going to work. what is the purpose
This is being done with the aim of promoting Indian languages under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. CBSE had earlier issued a notice motivating affiliated schools to adopt NCERT books, which are now being made available in 22 scheduled Indian languages.
