Udayanidhi Stalin trapped in trouble by talking about destroying Sanatan, Patna court summons him on this date

Patna. In the case of Udhayanidhi Stalin’s objectionable remarks on Sanatan Dharma, the court has issued a cognizance letter against him and ordered him to appear in the MP-MLA court of Patna on 13 February. On Monday, Judge Sarika Bahalia, in-charge of the MP-MLA Court, issued a cognizance letter of the complaint filed by Tamil Nadu Youth Welfare Minister Uday Nidhi Stalin in the case of Sanatan Dharma being described as dengue, malaria and corona.

Case registered under these sections

Criminal complaint case number 8062/2023 was filed on September 4, 2023, regarding the disputed statement by Dr. Kaushalendra Narayan, National President of Nation First Democratic Party and Advocate of Patna High Court. The court has taken cognizance against Udhayanidhi Stalin under five sections 153A, 295A, 298, 500, 504 of the IPC. National President of the party, Dr. Kaushalendra Narayan said that the testimony in the case had stopped on December 16 and on January 6, the court had ordered to issue summons.

Statement given during a program in Chennai

Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin’s son and Sports Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, while speaking during an event in Chennai, had compared Sanatan Dharma with diseases like dengue and malaria. He told the people present in the meeting that there are some things which we have to end and we cannot just protest. Mosquitoes, dengue, corona and malaria are such things which we cannot oppose, they have to be eliminated. Sanatan Dharma is also like this. Sanatan should not be opposed, rather it should be destroyed.

CJM court transferred the case to MP MLA court

Regarding this statement of Udhayanidhi Stalin, Patna High Court lawyer Dr. Kaushalendra Narayan had filed a case in the CJM Court of Patna on September 4 last year. CJM court transferred the case to MP MLA court. After this, on January 6, the MP MLA Court had directed to issue summons under five sections of the IPC. MP MLA Court has issued summons today i.e. on 15th January and has asked to be physically present in the court on 13th February. The sections under which the case has been registered against Stalin have a provision of 3 to 4 years of imprisonment.
