Train News After the end of Holi, suddenly a crowd of passengers has gathered at Gaya Railway Station. To control the crowd, a mini control room was set up late on Thursday night. Besides, camps are also being organized by senior officials of DDU Mandal. On the instructions of Rajesh Gupta, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of DDU Division, railway officers, employees, TTE as well as RPF and Railway Police personnel have been deployed at various places.

Through railway personnel, passengers are being helped in boarding the train and getting information about the trains. Besides, passengers are being made to sit in trains by lining up. Platform number three of Gaya Railway Station has been cordoned off with a rope. In view of the crowd, commerce, mechanical, engineering, electricity, railway protection forces and railway doctors have been deployed everywhere. Apart from this, facilities like telephone, rail information, panel room connectivity, CCTV feed of platform and circulating area have been provided in the mini control room. Have been designated as duty officers in different shifts to assist the passengers.,

Most crowded trains going to Delhi

Maximum crowd is seen in trains going from Gaya to Delhi. Apart from Purushottam and Mahabodhi Express, crowd was seen in other Rajdhani Express trains on Friday afternoon. The general bogie of Mahabodhi Express is getting the most crowd. Lines are being set up to control the crowd. After this, there is crowd in trains going to Jaipur and Mumbai. Railway officials say that the crowd has increased significantly on the second day. There is more crowd in general and sleeper coaches of trains going to Jaipur and Mumbai. After this, crowding in passenger and MEMU trains has also increased. Some railway passengers say that since the seats in the trains leaving from Gaya railway station are full, people are traveling by trains going to Patna.

Help counter also opened

A help counter was opened near platform number one at Gaya railway station. Additionally, additional wedding ticket machines have been installed. Earlier there were two machines, but it has been reduced to four machines. So that, people do not need to stand in line and can easily buy tickets.

Additional eight counters opened

Railway officials said that to control the crowd, four additional counters have been opened near the reservation counter at Gaya Railway Station. Apart from this, four additional counters have also been opened near the ticket office, so that passengers do not face difficulties in purchasing and booking tickets. Railway officials said that considering the convenience and demand of passengers, additional eight counters have been opened at Gaya railway station.

Senior DCM Sudhanshu Ranjan said that continuous precautions are being taken to control the crowd. Railway officials as well as railway personnel have been deployed at different places. Train inquiry and public address system is being operated efficiently. All train information boards are in good condition and showing updated information. So that, one does not have to face difficulties in getting information about trains.
