At the time of the accident, five-six people were standing near the platform. It was fortunate that he saw the train moving and ran away from it, which saved his life.

A pole of OHE line came in front of the train. She stopped after hitting it. Meanwhile, an eight year old child came under the train. It was fortunate that he was not injured and ran away from the spot. Railway officers and RPF team are searching for him. Nearby Girraj Singh, resident of Umraya, was standing with an umbrella waiting for his train, he suffered minor injuries.

Train movement on the Mathura-Delhi railway line was affected due to the incident. Many trains including Malwa Superfast, Amritsar-Bandra Terminus have been stopped towards Delhi.
