no encroachment on any land

Bacha Rai said that I have not taken possession of the land seized by ED, the money that has been recovered was taken from the students. He told that the three crore cash recovered in the ED raid is not ours, but is the fees taken from the students who enrolled in B.Ed college. Which could not be deposited in the bank due to technical problem, which was kept safe in the room of the college secretary. Bachha Rai put forward some documents justifying the action of ED and talked about going to court.

Bacha Rai was jailed in 2016 in topper scam

After the topper scam case came to light in 2016, ED had confiscated Bacha Rai’s land on charges of earning illegal money. A case was registered at Bhagwanpur police station accusing Bacha Rai of re-occupying the land seized by ED and constructing a college building. After this, when ED officials raided Bacha Rai’s college and residence, Rs 3 crore in cash was recovered from there. In the famous topper scam of 2016 in Bihar, Vishun Rai College Principal Amit Kumar alias Bacha Rai was sent to jail considering him as the mastermind. ED had also confiscated his property.

Bacha Rai’s clarification on ED action

Bacha Rai says that the allegation that he has been accused of occupying 42 decimal land is completely wrong. In this matter, the CO of Bhagwanpur has got the land measured and has also given a report. Where neither any encroachment has been taken nor any construction has been done on that land. Along with this, Bachha Rai said about the Rs 3 crore cash seized by ED that it was taken from the students as fees for enrollment in B.Ed college. Bacha Rai has applied to ED to return the money. He says that the receipt of fees received from the students has also been given to the ED by the college. We are also taking legal help for this.
