Aurangabad. In Aurangabad, two people died due to hailstorm falling at different places, while two were reported injured. In the first incident, a 30-year-old youth was killed and two youths were injured due to sudden lightning on Friday afternoon in Pawai village under Mufasil police station area. The deceased has been identified as Sudarshan Chandravanshi’s son Pankaj Kumar and the injured have been identified as Bikki Kumar and Guddi Kumar. On the other hand, the second incident is of Bhav Bigha village of Daudnagar police station area. A 40-year-old laborer died here on Friday morning due to lightning. The deceased has been identified as Ramesh Kumar, son of Mohan Ram.
Ongoing treatment of both the injured
According to the information received, Pankaj along with his brothers was building a field in Badhar of the village to sow paddy seeds in Powai village of Mufasil police station area. Then suddenly it started raining. Pankaj died on the spot due to a sudden thunderclap during the rain. While Bikki and Guddi were injured due to a slight shock. After the incident, everyone was hurriedly brought to the Sadar Hospital by the relatives, where the doctors declared Pankaj brought dead. While the injured Bikki and Guddi were treated. The information of the incident has been given to the city police station.
Dead body recovered from Badhar
According to the information received, Ramesh had gone to defecate early in the morning in Bhav Bigha village of Daudnagar police station area. At the same time it started raining along with the wind. Meanwhile, suddenly lightning struck and he died on the spot. After a long time, when Ramesh did not return home, the relatives started searching for him. His body was found in Badhar. In a hurry, the family members picked him up and took him to sub-division hospital Daudnagar for treatment, where the doctors declared him dead. Daudnagar police station took the dead body into custody, completed the post-mortem process and handed over the dead body to the relatives after conducting the post-mortem. Daudnagar police station chief Anjani Kumar told that a laborer died due to lightning.
