Three cyber criminals who stole Rs 9.95 lakh from Dhanbad BCCL GM’s account, arrested from Munger, Bihar, SIT caught

Dhanbad: Dhanbad Cyber ​​Police has arrested three cyber criminals from Munger district of Bihar in the online fraud case of Rs 9 lakh 95 thousand against BCCL GM Swaroop Dutta in the month of February. Police have recovered smart phones and SBI passbooks and other items from them. SIT has taken action and caught these cyber criminals.

The arrested cyber criminals include Gaurav Kumar, resident of Betvan Bazar, Munger, Aditya Prakash, resident of Belan Bazar and Gulshan Kumar, resident of Belan Bazar. All three are residents of Qasim Bazar police station area of ​​Munger. Police have seized various types of material from all three. According to the police, all three have accepted their crime. Earlier also he had cheated a retired BCCL GM Ram Ballabh Kumar. A case related to this is also registered in the cyber police station.

SIT took action
Police said that Swaroop Kumar Dutta, resident of Sector 10, Quarter No. D 09 of Koyla Nagar Township, had lodged an FIR in the cyber police station on February 22. Rural SP Kapil Chaudhary formed SIT in the case. After this, the SIT investigated on the basis of evidence like mobile number used in the incident – 9155717135 and money trail received from the bank etc. After this, three accused involved in the case were arrested. The SIT includes Putki police station in-charge Manohar Karmali, SI Pankaj Kumar and members of the SOG team.

Police found a smart phone, SBI passbook, Bank of Baroda mini digital card, HDFC credit card, Bank of Baroda ATM, State Bank ATM and documents related to CSP from Gaurav Kumar. Apart from this, a smart phone, a SIM card was found from Aditya Prakash and a mobile phone with SIM card, Canara Bank passbook and ATM was found from Gulshan Kumar.
