Many former international cricketers including Sreesanth visited Mata Vaishno Devi situated on Trikuta hills in Reasi district and offered prayers. More than 100 former international cricketers including Gautam Gambhir, Mohammad Kaif, Irfan Pathan, Shane Watson, Aaron Finch, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Chris Gayle, Hashim Amla, Morne Morkel are in Jammu to participate in the second season of the Legends T20 League. The official said that on reaching Katra, the team of cricketers was welcomed by Katra Sports Club. He said that after this the players took a flight to Sanjichat, from where they left for the cave temple. He said that after offering prayers at the temple, the cricketers visited Bhairon Valley for prayers at the Bhairon Baba temple and returned to Jammu in the evening. Before leaving for the temple, Harbhajan Singh told reporters in Katra, ‘I have come here to seek blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi. I am fortunate that I got the opportunity to worship in the cave temple. Sharing his experience of playing in Jammu, the former India spinner said, ‘The matches are being organized here after many years, so people are excited about the matches. We are enjoying playing here. A total of four matches of the Legends League tournament are being played in Jammu. The first match has been played on Monday, while the remaining three matches will be played on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
