Thousands of cases registered in Bihar for violation of code of conduct, Netaji stuck worse than meeting and speech

According to the reports sent from the districts to the office of the Chief Electoral Officer, during the last 24 hours, a total of 4507 FIRs have been registered in cases of wall writing, 20551 in cases of putting up posters without permission and in 1391 other cases. During the last 24 hours, Rs 17 lakh 91 thousand in cash has been recovered during checking at various check posts. During this period, 59 thousand 432 liters of liquor has been seized. Similarly, items worth Rs 71 lakh have been seized under drugs and narcotics.

Section 144 applied..

After the implementation of the code of conduct in Bihar, swift action is now being taken. After the implementation of the Code of Conduct in other districts including the capital Patna, now Section 144 has been imposed. There is a ban on playing loudspeakers from 10 pm to 6 am. It is mandatory for political parties and candidates to take permission for holding public meetings, processions, rallies etc. Political parties and organizations are not allowed to publish any kind of poster, pamphlet, article, photo etc. or objectionable pamphlet, article, photo etc. against any particular person.
