Dawood Ibrahim Property Auction: Four properties of 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts accused and India’s most wanted don Dawood Ibrahim will be auctioned at the Income Tax Office in Mumbai by the Revenue Department of the Finance Ministry under SAFEMA. Also, information is being received that the bidding for his four properties will start from around 2 pm today. This property is in Mumbke village of Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra where farming is done. Let us tell you that this is the ancestral village of Dawood Ibrahim. Besides, information is also coming out that the price of its four properties has been kept at Rs 19.2 lakh and the reserve price of the smallest plot has been kept at Rs 15,440.

Ajay wants to start Sanatan Pathshala in Dawood’s house

Meanwhile, a big news is coming out that who is going to bid in the auction. According to NDTV report, lawyer and Shiv Sena member Ajay Srivastava can participate in this auction and he will bid for Dawood’s ancestral house. Let us tell you that this is not the first time that he has bid on Dawood Ibrahim’s property. Earlier, he had bid for three properties, including his childhood home in Mumbai. In the year 2001, Ajay Srivastava had bid for many shops which are still stuck in the legal tender. However, the Shiv Sena member is hopeful that he will soon get the lease of Dawood’s ancestral house. Let us tell you that he is planning to start a Sanatan Pathshala (school) in this house.

Bidding process between 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm

Giving information from SAFEMA, it has been said that many bids have been received for this auction and the bidding process is going to take place on January 5 between 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm. In the previous auction, SAFEMA had successfully auctioned Dawood’s properties, including Hotel Raunak Afroz, Shabnam Guest House and six rooms in Damarwala building near Bhindi Bazaar in 2017, which fetched Rs 11 crore. Even before this, the Government of India had cracked the whip on Dawood Ibrahim.

First auction in 2000, but no bids were taken

The first auction of one of Dawood Ibrahim’s properties seized by the government was held in 2000. Although it was a major auction event, no bidders came to participate due to fear of terrorism. In November 2020, six properties in Mumbke village, including Dawood Ibrahim’s childhood home, went up for auction. Earlier in 2017, three luxurious properties in South Delhi, including a hotel owned by Ibrahim, were auctioned by the government.

Rumor of poisoning Dawood

But, later these reports turned out to be rumors and Chhota Shakeel, close to Dawood Ibrahim, had also said that these reports were false and Dawood was 1000 percent right.
