Explaining the benefits of the scheme, he said that under the scheme, basic skills training will be provided to the beneficiaries. They will be given a stipend of Rs 500 per day during the training conducted under the scheme.
After completion of the training, they will be given a tool kit worth Rs 15,000. Apart from this, they will be given a loan of Rs 1 lakh in the first phase and a loan of up to Rs 2 lakh in the second phase at 5 percent interest rate. This loan will be given as collateral free loan. Also, PM Vishwakarma certificate and identity card will be made available. Artisans and craftsmen working in 18 traditional disciplines are included under the scheme. Many people including carpenters, boat makers, weapon makers, blacksmiths, locksmiths, hammer and tool kit makers, goldsmiths, potters, sculptors, cobblers, masons, basket makers, mat, broom makers, doll and toy makers. Are. He said that just as East Singhbhum has been at the national level in work under the PMFME scheme, efforts will be made to do the best work under the Vishwakarma scheme.
Director Industries Arwa Rajkamal, while explaining about Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana, said that under the scheme, free training will be given to the artisans. After this Vishwakarma ID card will be provided. The first training will be basic training. During which training will be given for 5 to 7 days. After basic training, beneficiaries will be eligible to get a loan up to Rs 1 lakh. After that the second training will be advanced training. During which 15 days/120 hours training will be given. Under the scheme, assistance will also be provided for selling the products of artisans across the country. Divisional Commissioner Manoj Kumar said that under the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana, giving stipend to the artisans during their training is very beneficial for the artisans. Every hand will get work through this scheme.

L Murugan said that our country has been at number one position in digital transactions, working in this direction, under the Vishwakarma scheme, artisans will be given an incentive of Re 1 per transaction for a maximum of 100 transactions every month. Branding, packaging, marketing of all products will be provided at the international level. So that the sales capacity can be expanded to the maximum.
