‘This is a photoshoot, nothing is going to happen…’, BJP takes a dig at the break in the India alliance

‘India’ has started falling apart even before it can fully join the alliance. Resentment is increasing among the constituent parties in the alliance. The latest case is from Bengal and Punjab. In fact, Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee announced today i.e. on Wednesday that she will not contest elections under the alliance. She said that she will adopt the policy of ‘Ekla Chalo Re’ in Bengal. Mamata Banerjee’s decision to separate from the alliance has given a big blow to the opposition India alliance in West Bengal before the Lok Sabha elections. But the shock did not come only from Bengal. After Mamata Banerjee’s announcement, Aam Aadmi Party also made it clear that AAP will contest all the 13 Lok Sabha elections in Punjab alone. When the alliance got loose, the BJP leaders started making statements.

More parties will come out – Prahlad Joshi
On the statement of TMC supremo and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on INDIA alliance, Union Minister Prahlad Joshi said that from the very first day we were saying that this is a photoshoot, nothing is going to happen. He sarcastically said that we knew from the first day that this alliance was not going to work. You wait a little, other parties are also going to speak like this. Joshi said that if a drama had to be run for 7 to 8 months, it was done, and some more people will come out.

In this context, Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said that Congressmen are taking out Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra… and I feel that it is very difficult for them to get justice themselves amidst the INDIA alliance. I am not surprised by the statement of the Chief Minister of West Bengal and Punjab. INDIA alliance is only to oppose BJP and every leader of ‘India’ alliance wants to become the Prime Minister. He said that apart from this he neither has any plans nor any vision for India.

This is an arrogant alliance- Jyotiraditya Scindia
At the same time, on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s statement about India alliance, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has said that this is not an India alliance, it is an arrogant alliance. On one hand, Ram Lalla’s statue was being consecrated and on the other hand, stone pelting was going on in Assam, this is his Bharat Jodo Yatra. The whole reality has come before the public.

Mamta Banerjee said that she has not had any discussion with the Congress party. He said, I have always said that we will fight alone in Bengal. Mamta said that I am not worried about what will be done in the country but we are a secular party and are in Bengal. We will single-handedly defeat BJP. During this, Mamta Banerjee also expressed her pain. He said that whatever suggestions I gave, all of them were rejected. In such a situation, we have decided to live alone in Bengal.
