Final hearing will be held in High Court on 27th February

He said that we had declared the arrest of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren as illegal and invalid. We applied for this in the court and the court has accepted our application. On February 27, there will be a final hearing on ED’s action from his arrest to remand.

Summoned 10 times, Hemant Soren interrogated twice

Let it be known that ED issued summons to Hemant Soren 10 times in the land scam case. He was interrogated twice. After being interrogated for the second time, he was arrested on the night of 31 December. Earlier, the ED team had raided Hemant Soren’s official residence in Delhi. A BMW car and Rs 36 lakh in cash were recovered from there.
