However, after getting 5 star rating from Global NCAP, Australian NCAP gave it zero rating, but this SUV car has crossed the sales figure of 1 lakh units, proving its power.

The biggest thing is that Mahindra Scorpio N has succeeded in crossing the sales figure of 1 lakh units in just two years of its launch. Car manufacturing company Mahindra & Mahindra has announced that its flagship SUV Scorpio N has achieved a milestone in sales and it has achieved this milestone this month. It has said that this availability has made this SUV one of the fastest selling cars in its fleet.
More than 8 thousand units are being sold every month
Ever since its launch in the market, Mahindra Scorpio N SUV has remained at the top in the list of the company’s top selling cars. According to media reports, more than 8 thousand units of off-roading SUV cars are being sold every month. With Scorpio Classic, the Scorpio brand has helped in increasing the sales of Mahindra vehicles. Mahindra & Mahindra has registered a 15 percent increase in sales last month. In January, the carmaker sold more than 43,000 SUVs across the country, which is 31 percent more than January last year.
Mahindra Scorpio N Price
Mahindra has recently increased the prices of Scorpio N by about Rs 39,000. Its ex-showroom price in India starts from around Rs 13.60 lakh, which goes up to Rs 24.54 lakh. It is available in the market in Z2, Z4, Z6 and Z8 variants. This car comes in 6-seater and 7-seater layout.
Mahindra Scorpio N Engine
Mahindra Scorpio N has both petrol and diesel engine options. It has a 2.2-litre diesel engine with two power tunings (132 PS and 300 Nm) and 175 PS (370 Nm and 400 Nm). The output of its 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine is 203 PS (370 Nm and 380 Nm). Along with both engines, it is also provided with 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox. Rear-wheel-drive drivetrain is standard with all powertrains, while 4-wheel-drive option is also available with the diesel engine.

Mahindra Scorpio N SUV car has 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, dual zone climate control, cruise control, wireless phone charging and 360 degree camera. Apart from this, it also includes steering mounted controls, sunroof and semi-digital instrument cluster. For the safety of the passengers, it has been provided with multiple airbags, rear parking camera, hill assist control and Electronic Stability Control (ESC).
