There will be no training of teachers in Bihar on Eid and Ram Navami.

Government teachers in Bihar are to be given training from 8 to 13 April. For this, the State Research and Training Council Center had issued orders. But during this period, there were festivals of Eid and Ram Navami. In such a situation, teachers taking training in teaching training institutions would face inconvenience during this period. Teachers had also expressed protest regarding this. After which Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has taken cognizance of the matter.

Holiday declared after CM’s cognizance

After taking cognizance of the CM, the Education Department has declared holiday on the occasion of Eid on 10th and 11th April and Ram Navami on 17th April. According to the official information released by the Education Department, no other changes have been made in the training program of teachers.

Teachers were also trained during Holi

Let us tell you that Bihar Education Project Director R Sajjan had issued an order saying that six-day residential training of teachers should be conducted between April 8 and April 13. The Education Project Director had also announced the training venue for the training. Earlier, the education department had also given six-day training to teachers during the festival of Holi. Even on the occasion of Holi, Holi leave of teachers was cancelled. Due to which the teachers had expressed their displeasure.

What is the purpose of training?

Let us tell you that the teachers reinstated in the schools of the state are being given training in teacher training institutes (DIET) in continuous shifts. Whose main objective is related to quality education. During the training, teachers are taught the tricks of conducting class and maintaining coordination with children as well as developing skill development in children. Teachers from classes one to five will participate in this training.
