It is said that in other months this number used to be 81 to 82 lakhs. But, now a big difference has been seen in it. Reports from Rajana districts are being sent to the Mid Day Meal Scheme Directorate. The number of children is taken through IVRS. Principals of schools can easily share information related to the number of children in the directorate through their mobile phones. On the basis of this, the number of children eating mid-day meal in the entire month is determined.

At present, information has come to light that the number of children eating mid-day meal has decreased. About 11 lakh children have decreased. The biggest reason for this is that the names of many children from different schools in the state have been removed from the schools. Due to this, there has been a decline in the number of children eating mid-day meal. Following the orders of the Education Department, action has been taken against the children who did not come to school continuously for 15 days and in a strict manner, their names have been struck off from the schools.
