The way is cleared for Pandit Dhirendra Shastri’s program in Palamu, Jharkhand High Court cancels the order of Deputy Commissioner

Ranchi: The court of Jharkhand High Court Justice Anand Sen heard the petition filed by Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, head of ‘Baba Bageshwar Dham Sarkar’, regarding permission for the proposed program from 10 to 15 February in Palamu. During the hearing of the case, the court heard the side of the applicant and the state government. Accepting the petition, the court canceled Palamu’s Deputy Commissioner’s January 10 order of not giving permission for the event on the fear of law and order problem, calling it wrong.

The court said that the applicant ‘Hanumant Katha Organizing Committee’ will arrange basic facilities for two lakh people like seating arrangement for devotees, toilets, ambulance, CCTV cameras etc. The committee will provide the action plan related to basic facilities to the Deputy Commissioner of Palamu. The court also directed the Palamu district administration to provide law and order, traffic and all the facilities provided by the state government in this program. Earlier, advocate Rishabh Kaishal appeared on behalf of the applicant. He termed the order given by Palamu Deputy Commissioner not giving permission for Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri’s program on January 10 as wrong. He said that no law and order problem will arise.
