Mathura. Mathura’s Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court has given a big order during the hearing in the Shri Krishna Janmasthan and Shahi Idgah Masjid case on Wednesday. The court has banned the survey of Shahi Idgah. The matter will now be heard on April 11. Let us tell you that on March 29, the court had ordered Amin survey of Shahi Idgah. Objecting to this order, the Muslim side had filed an application in the Senior Division Court. The court, while hearing on Wednesday, stayed the Amin survey.

Muslim side had filed revision

In the Shahi Idgah Masjid case, Neeraj Sharma, the lawyer for the Muslim side, said that the court had issued the orders without going through the entire file. Generally, it happens mostly in every case, but this case was not such in which Amin commission should be issued. An order was issued on December 8 which was ex parte. After that the order was again issued without the presence of the Muslim side. Against this, an application was filed in the court. The court was told that there should be a hearing on 7 Rule 11 first. Along with this, the Amin survey should be banned.

The court gave a stay order.

Let us tell you that on December 8, 2022, on the application filed by Hindu Sena President Vishnu Gupta, the court ordered Amin survey. Objection was raised by the Muslim side against this order and an application was given in the court to hear the first case on 7 Rule 11 to be maintainable and non-maintainable. Because of which the order could not be complied with. And on non-compliance of the order, on March 29, the Hindu Sena again submitted an application. At the same time, pleaded for compliance of the order. On which, while hearing in the Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court, ordered to comply with the order.
