Aligarh. An incident like the film ‘The Kerala Story’ has come to light in Aligarh. Here a woman from a non-community is accused of trapping a Hindu girl and taking her with her. Mai Khan, a woman from a non-community, is accused of getting Hindu girls in contact with Muslim youths. The incident took place in Nagla Mali area of Gandhi Park police station. It is being told that some time ago, Hindu girl Bhavna started talking to Muslim woman Mai Khan on Instagram, which turned into friendship. Mai Khan came from Delhi to Aligarh Bhavana’s house and disappeared with the Hindu girl. In this case, the victim’s family had given a complaint to the police. The incident is of 29 September. Police filed a missing case and after this they could not find any trace of the Hindu girl. On Wednesday, along with the victim’s family, former mayor and BJP leader Shakuntala Bharti, along with her supporters, reached Gandhi Park police station and created a ruckus. BJP leader Shakuntala Bharti told that a woman named Mai Khan befriended Hindu girl Bhavana through social media. Coming from Delhi, she stayed with Bhavna and took Bhavna with her on 29th.

Hindu girl’s husband Deepak Sharma told that his wife used to use Instagram. On which I became friends with Mai Khan. Mai Khan had come to Aligarh from Delhi on 20th September and stayed with his wife for the whole day. Meanwhile, after eight days Bhavna went missing from home. Didn’t tell anything at home. A complaint was filed in Gandhi Park police station on 29th, after filing the missing report, the police did not take any action.

Missing report filed in case
A complaint was made regarding this incident to Police Inspector Abodh Yadav posted at Gandhi Park police station. But he did not do any investigation. Even before this, an incident of Mai Khan taking a Hindu girl from Chharra area with him has come to light. Regarding the incident, Area Officer II Vishal Chaudhary said that a missing report of a married girl was lodged on September 29. Now the missing report is being processed into a case and a police team has been formed to recover the married girl. CCTV cameras are being checked. Legal action is underway regarding the incident. Police area officer Vishal Chaudhary has assured that action will be taken after recovering the girl within 24 hours.
