Raxaul. The bus going from Nepalganj to Kathmandu overturned in the Rapti river at around 1.45 pm on Friday night. It is reported that 12 people including two Indians have died in this accident. This incident took place in ward number one of Bhaluwang village municipality under Dong district of Nepal. 12 people including two Indian citizens have died in this bus accident.
Two Indians among those killed
The deceased include 67-year-old Yogendra Ram, resident of Malahi police station area of East Champaran district, Atikulla Khaire of Uttar Pradesh along with Kusam Basnet of Nepalganj, Saurabh Visht, resident of Hetaura of Makwanpur district, 40-year-old Munbahadur Rawat, resident of Chandannath in Jumla, 30-year-old Ramvaran of Banke. Harijan includes 25-year-old Deepak Dangi, resident of Gotamkot, Rukum district, 65-year-old Tarakant Pandey, resident of Chandragiri Municipality, Kathmandu. The identity of the others has not been established yet. Whereas 22 bus passengers are injured in this accident. Who have been admitted to different hospitals. While in police custody, the driver told that the bus fell into the river due to the wheel not turning. After post-mortem of the dead bodies, their families have been informed.
