Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon is having a slow start at the box office. The film, released in Valentine’s Week, earned an estimated Rs 6.5 crore in India on Friday. According to Sacnilk.com, overall Hindi occupancy was 14.92 percent on Friday. The morning show had 8.8 percent occupancy, while the afternoon show had 11.79 percent occupancy. The evening show and night show had 13.62 percent and 25.46 percent occupancy respectively. The film explores an impossible love story in the uncharted territories of Artificial Intelligence (AI). In the film, Shahid Kapoor plays the role of a robot scientist who develops feelings for and eventually marries Kriti Sanon’s character Sifra, a highly intelligent female robot. Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is written and directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah. Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande and Laxman Utekar have produced it. The film, which also stars veteran actor Dharmendra, was released in theaters on February 9. Talking about OTT, this movie will be released on Amazon Prime Video 2 months after its theatrical release. However, it has not been made official yet by the makers.
