India defeated Australia by 20 runs on Friday and won the five-match T20 series. The fourth match of the series was played in Raipur. Batting first, India scored 174 runs and in reply restricted Australia to 154 runs.

Akshar Patel took maximum three wickets for India. He gave only 16 runs in his spell of 4 overs. Deepak Char got two wickets, although he proved to be the most expensive bowler and gave away 44 runs in 4 overs.

Ravi Bishnoi and Avesh Khan got one success each. Bishnoi also bowled very economically. Captain Matthew Wade scored the maximum 36 runs for Australia. He remained not out.
