Trinamool MP from West Bengal Abhishek Banerjee Have reached ED office. The All India General Secretary of Trinamool was summoned by ED on Wednesday. Abhishek was asked to come to the CGO Complex in Salt Lake at 11 am on Thursday. However, much before this, tight security arrangements were made at the CGO Complex on Thursday morning. Abhishek Banerjee had reached CGO Complex on time. The process of interrogation has started. It is noteworthy that before this, ED had interrogated Abhishek Banerjee for 9 hours. According to sources, Abhishek may be interrogated on Thursday regarding the documents submitted by him. But only time will tell how many hours he will spend at the CGO Complex.

On October 10, Abhishek Banerjee had submitted all the documents sought by ED on the orders of Calcutta High Court. Apart from maintaining accounts of movable and immovable properties, ED has also asked for details of Abhishek’s foreign trips. Some documents of the company in his name were also sought. There is speculation that the investigators would like to know more about the documents handed over by the Trinamool MP.
