The admission of 40 students in the university was done with the help of fake documents. A 3-member government level inquiry committee was formed in this matter. Which has already submitted its report to the university.

Action will also be decided along with the announcement of his name in the meeting of the Board of Management on Thursday. The university has also taken legal opinion regarding this. In this case, Vice-Chancellor Professor JP Pandey, in-charge of Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology, said that the names of the teachers and employees who directly or indirectly supported the students who took admission in B.Tech with the help of fake documents, the committee formed at the government level has given evidence. fixed on the basis. Today on Thursday, the report of the committee will be placed before the Board of Management.

The Vice-Chancellor told that the Board of Management will decide the action against the culprits. The High Court will be informed about the decision of the committee and the board. Because the case of the guilty students regarding this is still pending there. At present, the university has not made the investigation report public yet. The names of the teachers and employees whose names are expected to appear. All of them are associated with Dean’s Office and Examination Department during the session 2020-21 and 2021-22. This is because after admission in the university they have the role of departments from registration to enrollment and from enrollment to examination.

Some teachers and employees are directly involved in the university admission forgery, while some are caught in ignorance and negligence. Most of the guilty teachers have made the same mistake. The heat of the investigation of forgery is sure to come on the people who are handling the responsibility of Dean Academic Affairs and Associate Dean during that session. After the cancellation of admission, 34 students took the support of the High Court and appealed there. At present, this matter is still pending in the court. It is expected that the university administration will also place before the High Court the names of the teachers and employees declared guilty in the meeting of the Board of Management and the decision taken by the board regarding the action taken on them.
