The list of making temporary employees permanent in Tata Motors can be released on Wednesday. The final round of talks have taken place between the management and the union regarding this. Under this, 900 temporary posts are to be made permanent in the first year. Every three months, 225 temporary employees will become permanent. A list of 900 will be released simultaneously.
2700 temporary employees will become permanent in three years
Of these, first 225 people will be reinstated. After that, a list of who will be reinstated will also be released every three months. Out of 900, 225 people will be reinstated in the first quarter, thereafter 225 people will be reinstated every three months. A list of 900 temporary employees will be brought out in the second year. The process of permanentization of 2700 temporary employees is to be completed in three years.
Convoy drivers will get bonus
Jamshedpur. Bonus will be paid to Tata Motors convoy drivers. 975 listed drivers and 749 group in-charges will get the benefit of bonus. In this regard, on behalf of Labor Department, Labor Superintendent Avinash Thakur has ordered to pay annual bonus to the drivers. All 11 transporters have been given notice to pay bonus.
Only transport companies deliver Tata Motors chassis.
Tata Motors chassis are delivered through transport companies only. The representatives of the convoy drivers who came to meet the Labor Superintendent on Tuesday were informed about this notice. Gyansagar Prasad, Harishankar Prasad, Jaspal Singh, Jaiprakash Singh, Baldev Singh, Jugal Prasad, Trilochan Singh, Mohammad Salim, Mohammad Ishtiaq, Sukhdev Singh, Baijnath Prasad, Bhagwan Singh were present on this occasion.
