250 players from 18 countries are participating

Syed Modi Badminton International Competition has been organized in the capital Lucknow from 28 November to 3 December. 250 players from 18 countries are participating in this competition. Badminton Association President Navneet Sehgal said that this is the biggest event so far. This is the most special and biggest event of the World Badminton Federation, in which players from 18 countries will come and compete here. The matches of this competition will be played from November 28 to December 3, 2023 at Babu Banarasi Das Badminton Academy located in Gomti Nagar. In this championship organized by Uttar Pradesh Badminton Association under the auspices of Badminton Association of India (BAI), a total prize money of 2,10,000 US dollars will be distributed among the players. The main draw matches will start at 4 pm with the qualifying matches being played on 28th November. Spectators have free entry into this tournament. 8 qualifying matches will be played in all events.
