Supreme Court notice to Vijay Hansda in Nimbu Pahad illegal mining case, hearing to be held on September 26

The Supreme Court has issued a notice to Vijay Hansda in the Nimbu Pahad illegal mining case. Also, the next date of hearing of the case has been fixed as September 26. This petition filed by Pankaj Mishra was heard in the bench of Justice Aniruddha Bose and Justice Bela M Trivedi. Pankaj Mishra had filed a petition in the Supreme Court and challenged the order of CBI investigation given by the High Court on the petition of Vijay Hansda.

On behalf of Pankaj Mishra, it has been said that his name has been mentioned at many places in the High Court order. Whereas it has nothing to do with this matter. Vijay Hansda, who had filed the petition in the High Court, wanted to withdraw his petition. On this the High Court ordered a CBI investigation. During the hearing, the court raised the question who is Vijay Hansda.

Answering this question, it was said on behalf of Pankaj Mishra that a petition was filed in the High Court in his name. On this petition, the High Court ordered a CBI investigation. Vijay was lodged in Hansda jail. He had signed the Vakalatnama to file the bail petition. But his Vakalatnama was misused and a petition was filed in the High Court.

He applied to withdraw the wrongly filed petition. But without listening to him, a CBI inquiry was ordered. In this case, ED said that there was illegal mining in Sahibganj. The court fixed September 26 as the next date of hearing of the case and ordered to issue notice to Vijay Hansda.
