Summer season begins in Bihar, temperature reaches above 40 degrees in many districts, mercury will rise further

Bihar weather forecast: The process of scorching heat has started in all parts of Bihar. In many districts, the temperature has reached above 40 degree Celsius. According to the information received from the Meteorological Department, from April 15, there is a possibility of heat wave in different parts of South Bihar including Banka, Jamui. There is hardly any district where the temperature will go below 35 degrees. In districts like Patna, Gaya, Rohtas, Sheikhpura, mercury has reached 40 degrees or above.

Heat wave expected for next few days

The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of dry weather in 38 districts of all six parts of the state. That means there is no possibility of light clouds in Bihar. There is a possibility of heat wave from April 15 in Bhagalpur, Banka, Jamui, Munger and Khagaria in the southeast part of Bihar. Similarly, there is a possibility of heat wave in many districts of North-East Bihar i.e. Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj. From April 15, people will feel the heat of the heat wave in the South-Central, South-Eastern part as well.

The temperature of many places in the state will reach 44 in the next five days

On Thursday, the heat waves made the people of Bihar feel heat stroke. In the next five days, the mercury can touch up to 44 degree Celsius at some places in the state. This will create a severe heat wave condition in the state. Here, on Thursday, the mercury was recorded between 40 to 42 degree Celsius in the districts. The highest temperature has been recorded one to four degrees higher in the entire state. The maximum temperature in South Bihar was especially three to four degrees above the average.

Maximum heat was felt in southern Bihar

The highest temperature in Patna has been recorded at 41.5 degree Celsius, four notches above normal. It was the highest in the state. The speed of the westerly wind was 20-30 degree kilometers per hour. There is a forecast of continuous increase in the temperature of the state. Hot westerly wind blew everywhere in the state, but maximum heat was felt in southern Bihar. Gaya recorded the highest temperature of 41.3, Dehri 41.2, Sheikhpura 41.4, Jamui 40.8, Aurangabad 40.7, Khagaria 40.6, Banka 41.2, Nawada 40.6 and Ziradei 40.60 degrees Celsius.
