Regarding the earthquake, China Earthquake Network Center (CENC) said that at 23:59 on Monday night, people felt the tremors of a strong earthquake in Gansu province of northwest China. China’s government media report said that at least 111 people have lost their lives due to a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in Gansu and Qinghai provinces. More than 230 people have been injured. Relief work is going on rapidly in the area. The death toll may increase. However, according to the news given by news agency ANI, so far 95 people have lost their lives due to the earthquake.
