According to the notice issued, SSC said that the new website of the commission (ssc.gov.in) has been made live and the existing website (ssc.nic.in) will remain accessible to the public.
SSC CHSL 2024 Recruitment: What is in the new process
Unlike the previous processes where candidates uploaded pre-taken photographs, the new application module will require candidates to submit live photographs. Candidates can use webcam or Android device on their computer or laptop to capture their live photo. Specific instructions are provided, including finding a well-lit area with a plain background and making sure the camera is at eye level. Additionally, candidates should avoid wearing caps, masks or goggles/glasses while taking photographs.
