Lucknow: Shahi Masjid Eidgah Committee will be able to file a petition for withdrawal of the order in Allahabad High Court. The Supreme Court has given permission to the committee to file a petition in the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Shahi Masjid dispute case. The committee had challenged the order of the High Court, in which it had been decided to combine 15 cases related to this dispute and hear them together.
Order was given on January 11
In the High Court, the Hindu side said that the original case filed on 25 September 2020 in Civil Judge Senior Division, Mathura and the cases related to 13.37 acres of land should be merged. On this, the High Court had ordered on January 11 that 15 cases should be merged on the application of the Hindu side.
