Ranchi.Due to closure of the road between Sirmatoli Chowk and Patel Chowk during Durga Puja, it will be difficult to handle the crowd of devotees. The entire crowd will be on the way to the station from Station Road and Sirmatoli Chowk. In such a situation, it will be difficult to handle the load of vehicles. All traffic will come on Club Road. It may be noted that due to the construction of Sirmatoli flyover, traffic has been closed between Patel Chowk and Sirmatoli Chowk. Due to this, all the vehicles are going from Station Road to Ranchi Railway Station, then turning around and coming to Sirmatoli Chowk. If this situation continues, there will be a big problem during the puja. Work is going on near Patel Chowk for the last three months. Due to this reason the entry of vehicles remains closed from here. Sometimes the entry is opened and then closed again.
The old culvert was broken, the new one was less closed.
Ranchi There used to be a culvert on the way from Edalhatu to Kanke Road. People of Edalhatu and hundreds of children from DAV Gandhinagar and nearby schools used to come and go through this route. This culvert was demolished in the name of construction in the month of August. But, the work has not started yet. Due to this the road has been completely closed. Drain water has also frozen in the surrounding area. Due to this, people are not able to use this route. Pipes have also been placed on the way. Troubled people have informed the administration about this.
