Ayodhya: After 500 years of penance, Lord Shri Ram sat in his temple. Shri Ram Lalla was consecrated in the presence of PM Narendra Modi. Ramlala’s blindfold was removed after the puja in Abhijeet Muhurta of 84 seconds. He was shown the mirror. After this, kajal was applied to the eyes with a gold hook. With the first darshan of Ramlala, Jaishree Ram was announced. Flowers were showered from helicopter in the temple premises.
Earlier, at the appointed time, PM Modi entered the temple carrying the worship material. According to the auspicious time, the life consecration ritual started. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and CM Yogi Adityanath were also present in the sanctum sanctorum along with the PM.
