Shri Krishna Janmasthan Shahi Eidgah case: Hearing on Muslim side’s SLP in Supreme Court today, objection will be filed.

Mathura News: In the case of Shri Krishna’s birthplace Shahi Idgah Mosque, the Supreme Court will hear on Monday the SLP filed by the Muslim side demanding hearing of all cases in Mathura court only. During this time, the Hindu side will file an application in the court and register its objection. In the SLP filed in the Supreme Court by the Shahi Idgah Masjid Committee, a demand has been made to hear all the cases pending in the court in Mathura Court. At present, the hearing of all the cases filed by the Hindu side is going on in the High Court. All these cases were transferred from Mathura Court to Allahabad High Court after an order of the High Court. In such a situation, the Muslim side is demanding to hear all these cases back in Mathura court.

During the hearing, more than 12 cases were filed in the Civil Court of Mathura by the Hindu side in the case of Shahi Idgah Mosque, the birthplace of Shri Krishna. In the suit filed by the Hindu side, the Hindu side had demanded that out of the 13.37 acres of land, the Shahi Idgah Mosque built on 2.37 acres should be removed and the land of Shri Krishna’s birthplace should be freed.

On the SLP filed by the Muslim side in the Supreme Court, Shri Krishna Janmasthan Mukti Nyas President Mahesh Pratap Singh said that he will register his objection during the hearing on the SLP. Along with this, we will also demand from the Supreme Court that a separate bench should be formed in the High Court on the suit filed by the Hindu side and the case should be heard on daily basis.

More than 12 including Shri Krishna Virajman, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyas, Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Trust, Dinesh Sharma, Manish Yadav, Pawan Shastri, Ashutosh Pandey to free the land of Shri Krishna’s birth place in Mathura Civil Court. The hearing on the case was going on. While filing the petition, Shri Krishna Virajman demanded to transfer the hearing of all the cases from Mathura to Allahabad High Court. On which the High Court accepted the petition and accepted the demand to hear all the cases.
