According to the police, the wife, mother-in-law and father-in-law together strangled Subhash to death and threw the body in the field.
Subhash’s body was found in Bhusaula Danapur on Friday.

The police conducted post-mortem of the body and started investigation. During interrogation, the in-laws broke down in front of the tough attitude of the police and confessed to the murder. The police have arrested the wife and mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased.
FIR registered on the complaint of Subhash’s brother
The police station chief said that on the application of Subhash Prajapati’s brother Brajesh Prajapati, wife Ajmeri, mother-in-law Akhtari and father-in-law Alauddin are being sent to jail in the murder case. Subhash’s brother Brajesh told that Ajmeri was having a love affair with a young man for a long time. She wanted to marry him. When Subhash came to know about this, he started protesting. On the day of the incident, he came under the influence of alcohol and started asking his wife why she was having a relationship with someone else. On this issue, Ajmeri, mother-in-law Akhtari and father-in-law Alauddin together killed Subhash.
She had no children with Subhash
Police came to know that Subhash had married a girl in Phulwari and used to live here and work as a labourer. When the police interrogated her in-laws after the body was found, they first tried to trick her. The police also came to know that Ajmeri had married twice before. The first marriage was with a young man from Bhusaula and the second with a young man from Bareilly. Her third marriage was to Subhash Prajapati of Badaun. She had no children from Subhash, she has two children from her first husband.

While disclosing this relation, SHO Phulwarisharif Shafeer Alam said that Subhash’s wife Ajmeri was first married to Subhash Prajapati, resident of Bhusaula Danapur, second to Bareilly and third to Badaun. After marriage, she stayed at her in-laws’ house for a year and then came to live with her husband in Bhusaula Danapur. Subhash was addicted to alcohol. There used to be disputes between husband and wife regarding this matter.

Police found a mark on the neck of the deceased. After that he changed the angle of investigation. After the postmortem report it was also revealed that Subhash had been murdered. The dead body was found in the area of Subhash’s in-laws house. The police strictly interrogated the in-laws and they confessed to their crime.
