On the orders of Osama, all the accused started demolishing the wall of the building and also demanded extortion. After which an FIR was lodged against Osama under sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 427, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act. Osama is in jail since 01 November 2023.

Osama has been granted bail by Siwan court in the case related to Hussainganj police station incident.
