Sameer Wankhede is currently in controversy as the CBI has charged him in a Rs 25 crore extortion case involving the arrest of actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan. In his defence, Wankhede had filed a petition in the Bombay HC, stating that the CBI’s action against him was retaliatory. Let us inform that Sameer Wankhede was the former head of NCB Mumbai Zone and was probing a drugs raid in 2021, during which Aryan was arrested and was behind bars for 21 days. In his petition, Wankhede also showed screenshots of his conversation with Shah Rukh Khan, in which the superstar was seen begging to spare his son. Now, a close friend of Shah Rukh Khan has rubbished the authenticity of the WhatsApp.

SRK’s close friend said this

A close friend of SRK told E-Times that the Pathan actor ‘never uses WhatsApp’ and claimed that ‘the language used, the way a father is seen pleading for his son’ is … all very unlikely to be authentic.” He continued, “Chats can’t be perfect. Shahrukh Khan never uses WhatsApp. If these chats are authentic, then he has created a chat box for Mr. Wankhede. SRK doesn’t talk like this. When his son was jailed, he did not contact anyone to get Aryan out. He firmly believed in letting the law take its course.

Some of the purported messages sent by Shah Rukh Khan to Wankhede read, “I beg you, please don’t let him stay in that jail. These holidays will come and he will break down as a human being. His soul will be broken.” will be destroyed because of vested people. You promised that you will reform my child and not put him in a place where he turns out completely battered and broken through no fault of his, …but please my son Send him home. Your heart knows this sentence has been a little too harsh for him. Please I beg you as a father. Another purported message in the petition read, “From an officer of the law Help in any way you can, without losing your integrity in the form. I will forever be indebted…”
