Kharsawan, Shachindra Kumar Dash: An organizational meeting of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) Mahila Morcha was held in the mango orchard of Kuchai in Seraikela-Kharsawan district. In the meeting, there was discussion on strengthening the organization at the booth level, connecting more and more women to the organization and making the achievements of the government reach the people. Addressing the meeting, MLA Dashrath Gagrai said that Mahila Morcha is an important wing of the JMM organization. Empowering the Mahila Morcha in the block, appealed to the Mahila Morcha workers to spread the achievements of the state government as well as the party’s policy principles to every village. Said that more and more women should join the party. Gagrai said that full care will be taken of the honor and dignity of the party workers. MLA Dashrath Gagrai said that the state government is continuously working in the interest of women. He said that party workers should start preparing for the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections to be held in 2024.
Discussion on development works done in four years of Hemant Soren government
The MLA also discussed the development works done in Jharkhand in the last four years. Said that the government is doing all-round development under the leadership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. People’s problems are also being solved on priority basis. Work is going on to provide basic infrastructure facilities in the fields of roads, electricity, water, education and health. During this, mainly Parvati Gagrai, Sandhya Mahato, Mukhiya Satri Sanga, Rekhamani Oraon, Karam Singh Munda, Dashrath Oraon, Bhoj Sanga, Twenty Point President Ram Soy, MLA representative Bharat Singh Munda, ZIP member Kali Charan Banra, Amar Singh Hansda, Munna Soy, Ghanshyam Soy, Rahul Soy etc. were present.
Lalmuni Samad became the president of Mahila Morcha and Savita Mahato became the secretary.
JMM Mahila Morcha Block Committee was reconstituted unanimously in the meeting. Lalmuni Samad was unanimously elected as President, Roopkala Kumari, Manisha Munda and Palo Haiburu as Vice Presidents, Savita Mahato as Secretary, Mukhiya Saraswati Minj and Danmani Soy as Organization Secretary, Mariam Sanga as Joint Secretary, Geeta Banra as Treasurer. Usha Munda, Rashmani Soy, Sanoka Kumari, Kumari Visheshwari Singh Munda, Mangala Devi, Mangala Munda, Thursday Bhumij, Namsi Samad, Kajal Kiran Hembram, Sunita Samad and Rashmi Soy have been appointed as executive members.
Panchayat presidents nominated
Panchayat officials of JMM Mahila Morcha were also announced in the meeting. For Rugudih Panchayat, Sonamuni Munda was appointed as President, Chandmony Soy as Secretary and Taramani Munda as Treasurer, for Baruhatu Panchayat, Chandmuni Munda was appointed as President and Carry Soy as Secretary, for Chhota Segoi Panchayat, Rangamuni Munda was appointed as President and Neelam Kumari as Secretary, Maranghatu Panchayat. For Subani Soy, President and Manju Bankira as Secretary, for Aruvan Panchayat, Bandhan Sardar as President and Sheela Minj as Secretary, for Tilopada Panchayat, Sita Soy as President, Sapani Banra as Secretary and Basanti Sundi as Treasurer, for Pondakata Panchayat, Jobna. Hembram was elected president and Mary Mukta Enga Purti was elected president for Rolahatu Panchayat.
