Muzaffarpur. A semi-nude body of a woman was found on Tuesday morning in Shyam Mandir street of Pankaj Market in Nagar police station area of the city. This spread sensation in the area. On information, city police reached the spot. The body was taken into custody and sent to SKMCH for post-mortem. During interrogation of the people nearby, it was found that the woman lived with her two daughters by taking a room on rent in Pankaj Market locality. Last Friday I came in contact with a local Baba. After this she started becoming more worried. However, Baba Pankaj is absconding from the market locality after the incident. Both the daughters of the woman have informed the police about Baba.
Preliminary investigation found internal injuries in the woman’s chest and damaged lungs.
The post-mortem of the SKMCH woman’s body was conducted. Initial investigation found internal injuries in the woman’s chest and damaged lungs. Apart from this, there are injuries in many parts of the head. Both the thighs of the woman were found broken. The FMT department believes that the woman may have been beaten to death or she may have died after being hit by a vehicle. However, the doctor says that the root cause of death will be revealed only after the post mortem report comes. Police have formed a special team to solve this mystery.
Investigation on the angle of coercion of woman also
ASP Nagar Awadhesh Saroj Dixit said that the body of the woman was found in a suspicious condition. She was troubled after coming in contact with a local Baba. She was also suffering from mental illness. The angle of coercion is also being investigated. But, this does not seem to be the case in the initial investigation by the police. The cause of death and other points will be revealed only after the post mortem report comes. The family members have not submitted the application till late evening. Husband works in another state. It is said that cremation will take place upon his arrival.
Baba came on Friday
Regarding the incident, the elder daughter of the woman said that they are two sisters. Father works in another state. A Baba came to the house on Friday. Both of us sisters were locked in another room. After that he did tantra-mantras with his mother in another room. After this the mother’s health deteriorated further. She was very upset. She also called her father and asked him to come, but he did not come. He died on Tuesday.
Husband has not come home for six years
The daughters told that their father has been living in another state for the last six years and working in a biscuit factory. He never came home in six years. Mother was teaching those people by doing chowka-utensil in the locality.
Baba was doing exorcism
Local women told that she had come in contact with some Baba. A day before she had said that Baba had done wrong to her. The women told that she had suddenly left the house at night. She never used to go out at night before. Had torn his clothes. It was in the street itself. Everyone thought that she might have gone into the house, but her body was found in the morning.
Murder or suicide, post mortem will reveal the secret
ASP said that at around 12 o’clock on Monday night, ERV had received information about a woman creating a ruckus. After this, ERV 112 went. He was pacified and taken home. Then at five o’clock the local people informed the police about his dead body being found. After this the Municipal Corporation employee was also interrogated. He told the police that there was no one in Shyam Mandir Gali till 3.30 in the night. He said whether the woman committed suicide or was murdered will be known only after the post mortem report comes.
