The function organized by the state government on World Tribal Day at Bhagwan Birsa Munda Smriti Park may have left many memories, but in the course of its preparation, the entire picture of the park has been spoiled. Seeing this, everyone’s heart is breaking. The park which was presented as the pride of the city, was destroyed just like that. An amount of 142.31 crores was spent in its construction with the help of the Central and State Government. But this attempt was shelved in just two days. The trees and plants planted at various places for the construction of the pandal have been uprooted and thrown away.
The hydra was moved from place to place throughout the park to carry the heavy iron angle. Due to which the tiles have been uprooted and the green grassy grounds of the park have completely dried up. Big potholes have been created in the park due to the wheel getting stuck. But on Saturday a different spoiled picture of the park was seen. Here the uprooted plants have dried up in a week. It seems that someone’s eye has caught the beauty of our city. Now we all have to come forward again to protect the existence of this park.
There is an arrangement to display the biography of the martyrs in the park.
While conserving and renovating the old jail complex located in the capital Ranchi, this complex was developed as Bhagwan Birsa Munda Memorial Garden cum Museum at a total cost of 142.31 crores. In which Rs 117.31 crore was given by the Government of Jharkhand and Rs 25 crore by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. The total area of this complex is about 30 acres, in which about 25 acres of Bhagwan Birsa Munda Memorial Garden has been developed and constructed, while the rest of the Bhagwan Birsa Munda Jail located in about five acres has been preserved and restored as a museum. has been developed as It was inaugurated on 15 November 2021. Special attractive decorations, gardening, musical fountain, food court, children park, infinity bridge, parking and other community facilities have been constructed in the premises under Bhagwan Birsa Munda Memorial Garden cum Museum. At the same time, the biography of Birsa Munda and other brave martyrs of Jharkhand and the story of the struggle done for the freedom of India is shown in the museum.
Grand statue of Dharti Aaba installed
A grand 25 feet tall statue of Lord Birsa Munda has been installed outside the jail premises. In this entire complex, arrangements have been made to display the biography and struggles of the brave freedom fighters through laser and light show, film and musical fountain.

More than 24 hours have passed since the end of the ceremony, but even now the entire pandal here has not opened. The laborers are busy in opening the pandal. More than 24 hours have passed since the ceremony ended. But even now in this park, fake plastic glasses used at the time of tea-breakfast are lying scattered. These glasses are flying here and there due to the gust of wind.
Spread over 29 acres of green ground, sprinklers were installed in every field to water it. Which have been uprooted. Not only this, the iron railing has also been uprooted and made to lie on the ground. On the other hand, due to the operation of crane and hydra, potholes have also been formed on the pathway at many places.
