UPSSSC Recruitment 2023: Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has started the online application process for recruitment to the post of Dentist Hygienist. Interested candidates who want to apply can apply by visiting the official website of UPSSSC upsssc.gov.in. Let us tell you that the last date to apply for these posts is 20 July. Apart from this, candidates can edit the application till July 27.
Number of posts
Under this recruitment drive, 288 vacancies of Dental Hygienist will be filled in the Department of Dental Health Service under the Directorate of Medical and Health Services of the state. On the other hand, talking about reserved seats, 106 posts have been kept unreserved for general selection. 56 for Scheduled Castes, five for Scheduled Tribes and 71 for Other Backward Classes. Also, 26 posts are for economically weak EWS. In the special selection, 11 posts are for SC and 13 posts are for ST category. On the other hand, if we talk about age, candidates of at least 18 years and maximum of 40 years will be able to apply for these posts.
Educational qualification
Let us tell you that to fill these posts, along with having a Dental Hygienist certificate or diploma from a recognized institute, it will be mandatory to be registered with the State Dental Council, Uttar Pradesh. Minimum two years service in Territorial Army and having B certificate of National Cadet Corps will be given preference.

Selection Process & Salary
First the selected candidates will be shortlisted for the main examination. Selection will be on the basis of written test. 15 times the number of candidates relative to the total post will be called in the examination. Examination fee will be charged from the candidates for main examination later. Only after submitting it for the main examination. Admit cards can be downloaded. Selected candidates on this post will get pay scale of Rs 9300 to Rs 34800 under Pay Grade Pay 4200 Level 6.
