Hussainabad: The worship of Mother Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, is on Wednesday. Preparations for the puja have been completed in all the government and private educational institutions of Palamu. Apart from this, worship is being done by various organizations at dozens of places. Kedarnath temple has been designed as Saraswati puja pandal this year by Akhand Jyoti Navyuvak Sangh Gandhi Chowk in Japla. Sangh’s patrons Madan Prasad Gupta, Pawan Kumar, Amit Gupta, President Ravi Chandel, Vice President Shani Chandel, Gopal, Raj, Manish, Pankaj, Raju, Chhotu, Amit, Manish, Rajan, Krishu, Golu etc. are active in organizing the puja. Apart from this, worship is being done at many places in rural areas also. Cultural programs will also be held at many places on the occasion.
Weather disrupted puja preparations
Paatan: Vidya Dayini Maa Saraswati will be worshiped by installing statues at various places. However, the weather has disrupted the preparations for the puja. In many villages, preparations are being made for puja in Devi Mandap and in some public buildings. Cultural programs will be organized by some puja committees. Apart from this, preparations for puja have also been made in many government schools.
Appeal to conduct the puja peacefully
Hussainabad: Hussainabad SDPO has instructed all the police station in-charges to be ready to conduct Saraswati Puja peacefully in their police station area. He said that there is a need to avoid rumours. Action will be taken against making objectionable comments on social media. There will be a ban on DJ during idol immersion. No obscene song should be played. He has also appealed to the people to conduct the puja peacefully.
