This time he has come into limelight by posting about the country’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and the father of the Constitution, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. However, as the controversy escalated, Pitroda deleted his social media post. But BJP continued attacking him.
What did Sam Pitroda post?
In fact, Sudhindra Kulkarni, a socio-political activist and columnist, author of ‘Music of the Spinning Wheel: Mahatma Gandhi’s Manifesto for the Internet Age’, has written an article on Nehru and Ambedkar. In which it is written that Nehru contributed more to the Constitution and its Preamble, not Ambedkar. This link was shared by Sam Pitroda on X. However, when the controversy deepened, Pitroda deleted his post.
BJP accuses Congress of insulting Ambedkar
Bharatiya Janata Party fiercely targeted Congress on Pitroda’s post. BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala accused Congress of insulting Ambedkar. Poonawala said, Congress’s anti-Ambedkar and anti-Dalit thinking has come to the fore once again. Congress has anti-Ambedkar, anti-Dalit DNA. Rahul Gandhi’s uncle Sam (Sam Pitroda) tweeted raising questions on Ambedkar’s contribution to the Constitution. These words may be of Sam Pitroda, but the sentiment behind it is of Sonia and Rahul Gandhi. BJP’s national spokesperson said, Congress is anti-Ambedkar and anti-SC, and this is being proved again and again. This is the same Congress, which had defeated Ambedkar twice in the elections during Nehru’s rule. This is the same Congress which had delayed giving Bharat Ratna to Ambedkar.

BSP also attacked Congress
BSP MP Malook Nagar also attacked Congress regarding Sam Pitroda’s post. He said, if anyone targets Baba Saheb Ambedkar, he will not be spared. He said, I am not able to understand what has happened to Congress. On one hand, when it came to elections he became a Hindu, while on the other he refused to visit the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Congress should apologize to the country on Pitroda’s post.
