Royal Enfield unveils Shotgun 650, will launch in early 2024

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 : Indian two-wheeler manufacturer Royal Enfield has unveiled its new motorcycle Shotgun 650. It is being said in media reports that the two-wheeler manufacturer has introduced the Shotgun 650 at RE Motoverse held in Goa. This motorcycle will be based on the bobber-style SG 650 concept, which was first showcased at EICMA 2021. Since then, this new model of Royal Enfield has been seen during tests in India on many occasions. It is expected that Royal Enfield will launch this new motorcycle in early 2024.

Royal Enfield will start deliveries in January 2024

The Shotgun 650 motorcycle presented at RE Motoverse in Goa is a limited variant with a custom paint job. The company has fixed its price at around Rs 4.25 lakh and customers can also buy it through lucky draw. It is being said in media reports that Royal Enfield will start the delivery of this motorcycle in January 2024. Currently, Royal Enfield has introduced three models using twin cylinder engines: Interceptor 650, Continental GT and Super Meteor 650.

Shotgun 650 design

It is being told in the report that the design of Royal Enfield’s Shotgun 650 motorcycle is quite similar to the Meteor 650, but some changes have also been made in comparison to the cruiser. The Shotgun 650 has hand-painted body panels in the Motoverse and is also custom-designed. The company has prepared only 25 units of it. The Shotgun 650 can transform from classic single-seater to dual-seater to weekend tourer. At the front, there is a plastic cover around the small fender and headlamp. A separate design has been prepared for turn indicators. The distinctive design includes a black-finished exhaust, flat handlebar, bar-end mirrors. Furthermore, it has a longer seat and middle-set foot pegs.

Shotgun 650 Wheels

The 10-spoke alloy design has also been retained on the wheels of Royal Enfield’s Shotgun 650 motorcycle. Its engine is built on the platform of Super Meteor 650. The Shotgun 650 gets an inverted fork, wide handlebar and a completely blacked out engine cover. The pea-shooter exhaust is also a custom unit. The motorcycle is equipped with Royal Enfield accessories like bar end mirrors and LED black indicators. Apart from this, the limited variant motorcycle has been offered with warranty and RSA service.
