Roads of UP will be pothole free before October 31, photos will be taken through drones, instructions of Chief Secretary

It was informed in the meeting that 51,060 km of roads of Public Works Department, National Highways, Panchayati Raj, Irrigation Department, Rural Development, Urban Development, Housing and Urban Planning and Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department have been marked for pothole-free and 33,720 km of roads for renovation. Has been done. The Public Works Department has so far done the work of making 20,916 km of roads pothole free and renovating 17,978 km of roads. The work of pothole-free 3,090 km roads and renovation of 19,448 km roads of other concerned departments has also been done. Principal Secretary Infrastructure and Industrial Development Anil Sagar and Principal Secretary Public Works Ajay Chauhan were also present in the meeting.

Chief Secretary reviewed with Divisional Commissioners through VC

It was told in the meeting that till now connections have been given to 65.45 percent houses. Bhoomi Pujan can be done before Diwali

The Chief Secretary said that the first Bhoomi Pujan program of the Global Investment Conference- 2023 is proposed before Diwali.
