Before the Lok Sabha elections, on Saturday, State President of Upendra Kushwaha’s party Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) Ramesh Kushwaha has changed the party. He has joined Nitish Kumar’s party JDU. Along with him, his wife Vijay Lakshmi Kushwaha has also joined JDU. Ramesh Kushwaha has been MLA from Jiradei seat on JDU ticket. There is talk that JDU may declare Vijay Lakshmi Kushwaha as its candidate from Siwan seat this time.
Meeting organized in JDU office
Actually, a meeting ceremony was organized in JDU office on Saturday. JDU state president Umesh Kushwaha, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Jha, state government minister Vijay Chaudhary, JDU leader Ashok Chaudhary and many other senior leaders were present in this ceremony. In the same ceremony, Ramesh Kushwaha and his wife Vijayalakshmi Kushwaha were officially given membership of JDU.
What did the former state president of RLM say?
Former MLA Ramesh Singh Kushwaha said on this occasion that today I and my wife have taken membership of JDU, expressing our faith in Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. I am happy about this. He said that looking at the atmosphere this time, it seems that this time we will win 40 out of 40 seats. I pledge to further strengthen NDA.
JDU leaders welcomed
On this occasion, all the JDU leaders present there welcomed Ramesh Kushwaha into the party. State President Umesh Kushwaha said that today Ramesh has returned home, he was in JDU earlier also, now he has returned once again. Minister Vijay Chaudhary said that Ramesh Kushwaha was the MLA from JDU from 2015 to 2020. But due to some reason he left the party in 2020. But now once again he has returned to the party expressing faith in CM Nitish Kumar.
