Agra. A father shot his son after a mutual argument on Wednesday in district Mainpuri. The son was Shikshamitra, he died on the spot. After killing the son, the father reached the police station with his licensed rifle. The father surrendered to the police along with the rifle. The policemen were also stunned on hearing about the murder of their son. The police station did not believe, they found out and after the murder was confirmed, the accused father was surrendered along with the weapon.
Shikshamitra was insisting on installing a gate in the middle of the house
According to the information, this whole matter is related to Ochha police station area of Mainpuri. Vijaypal Singh, retired from the post of ADO in the Agriculture Department, shot dead his 35-year-old son Rajeev Yadav. Rajeev’s wife is also a Shiksha Mitra and Rajeev has three brothers. According to the information given by the police, Vijaypal has divided the three brothers in the house. Rajiv wanted to get some construction done on his part. He wanted to completely separate his part from the house. For this, he was asking to put a gate in the middle of the house. The family members were opposing this. Controversy regarding the gate was happening every day. Vijaypal was also opposing this demand of his son. Father said that all this will not happen in my house, after my departure, do whatever you want.
Had picked up the ax to kill the father on Tuesday
Rajeev was not accepting what his father said. There was a dispute on Tuesday regarding the matter of putting a gate in the middle of the house. In a fit of rage, Rajeev had even raised an ax to attack his father Vijay Pal Singh. At that time two other brothers of Rajiv had stopped him from attacking. Controversy started again on Wednesday morning regarding the gate. An angry Vijay Pal came from behind and shot Rajeev on the neck with a licensed rifle. There was uproar in the family as soon as the bullet hit. The family took Rajiv to the district hospital in critical condition. But from there he was referred to Saifai. Saifai’s doctors declared Rajeev dead.

ACP Rajiv Kumar Singh told in this case that the accused father has been arrested with a rifle. Information has been received from the accused during interrogation. That they had a domestic dispute. Because of this, this incident was carried out. Till now no Tahrir has been received in this matter.
