DM Dr Chandrashekhar held a review meeting regarding the Republic Day celebrations to be held at Gandhi Maidan. At present, there is a ban on entry of common people into Gandhi Maidan. Entry of people taking morning walks has also been banned. This has been done for the rehearsal of the parade. The final rehearsal of the parade will be held on January 24 at Gandhi Maidan. ITBP, SSB, BSP, District Armed Forces, Men and Women Battalions, Scouts and Guides, Dog Squad and other contingents are participating in the parade practice. All of them together will parade at Gandhi Maidan on the occasion of Republic Day. The district armed force includes the police force as well as the women’s force. Along with this, children have also participated enthusiastically in the parade. Children will get relaxation in class duration. They have been given a rehearsal period. The headmaster will take care that the children do not face any problem in the parade.
