Each zone will be headed by a DCP (Deputy Commissioner of Police) or additional DCP level officer.” The parade will start from New Delhi district. He said missing persons booths, helpdesks, first aid kiosks and convenience booths have been set up where visitors can deposit the keys of their vehicles before proceeding to the parade venue.

Madhup Tiwari also requested people to reach the venue on time and cooperate with the security personnel during thorough investigation. Special Commissioner of Police (Traffic) HGS Dhaliwal said that the borders of Delhi will be sealed from 10 pm on January 25 and the entry of heavy vehicles will be restricted.
