Jharkhand News: Ranchi’s cricket fanatic Rishi Chhabra is showcasing his talent in International Cricket Council’s cricket reality show ‘Race to the Finals’. Sanchit Desai of Mumbai is also included with him. This show is being shown on Disney Hotstar, which has five episodes. The first episode of the show has been released. New episodes will air every week. ICC had recently identified 500 cricket lovers of India, out of which 10 cricket lovers were selected and videos were asked from them. Among these 10 participants, top-2 were marked, which also includes Rishi Chhabra. After this, he was given a place in the cricket reality show ‘Race to the Finals’. Rishi was selected in Team Yellow, where he is completing the task with partner Soumi.
Rishi made it to the finale by completing tasks in different cities. The finale of the show took place at Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium, Ahmedabad. In the stadium in the final task cricket match Had to find the clue while playing. Rishi told that there were some shortcomings in the last phase of the show, due to which he was behind by three runs. However, Team Yellow became the overall task winner in the show.
Task completed in four cities
Rishi told that in July ICC had started the election of cricket lovers across the country. The final selection took place in August. Then his team Yellow got the job of completing cricket tasks in Delhi, Dharamshala, Lucknow and Kolkata. Marks were fixed for each task.
